The Space offers the following services for purchase. It may from time to time expand or reduce these offerings:

Purchases of our services can be made through our website www.thespacefitness.in, by contacting us at Whatsapp on +919619348427 or in person at The Space, A.B. Nair Rd, Juhu, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400049.
Full payment must be received before any purchase will be confirmed.
Deposits may be required under certain circumstances.
By making a purchase of any ‘Fitness Service’, you acknowledge and agree to abide by The Space’s Terms of Use & Package Policy.
By making a purchase of any ‘Rental Service’, you acknowledge and agree to abide by The Space’s Terms of Use & Rental Policy.

All purchases must be paid for in full in advance.
We accept the following payment methods: Paytm/UPI/Gpay/Creditcard/Bank Transfer/Cash.
Part payment for services is not accepted.
We do not accept credit.

Prices listed or stated apply at the current date, however they are subject to change without advance notice.
Where special rates are stated as applying for a particular time period, these rates do not apply outside of that time period.
All prices are in Indian Rupees.
Our services are liable for GST in India.

All purchases of ‘Fitness Services’ cannot be cancelled, cannot be extended, are non-refundable and non transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in The Space’s Package Policy.
All purchases of ‘Rental Services’ at The Space cannot be cancelled, cannot be extended, are non-refundable and non transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in The Space’s Rental Policy.

From time to time The Space may offer discounts to its normal prices:

Discounts are discretionary and are not permanently available.
We reserve the right to revoke, modify, or cancel any discount at any time without prior notice.
All discounts are time-sensitive and will not be available once the discount validity period has passed.
To avail a discount, it must be applied at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Only one discount can be used per transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Discounts are non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient.

Only ever available when purchasing a Group Training Package at The Space for the very first time.
Cannot be availed if you have previously had any Package at The Space before.

ONLY ever available before a Package has expired.
ONLY ever available through the website and will not be applied to payments made at the front desk.
Once a Package has expired, this discount is no longer available.

Existing members who introduce a brand new member to The Space can avail of a Buddy Discount for both themselves and their buddy:

Both members must purchase exactly the same Group Package and complete the payment at the same time.
The discount will NOT apply on renewal. This is a one-time discount per new member introduced. To avail of the discount again, the member must refer another brand new member in the same way.

To encourage young individuals to start their fitness journeys early, w e offer a Student Discount for Group Packages:

The member must be under 21 years old at date of purchase.
The member must present a valid student identification at the time of purchase confirming they are in full time education.
This discount no longer applies once the member has turned 21 or leaves full time education.
The member must notify the Space if they have declared themselves a student previously and these conditons no longer apply.
If a student discount is applied to a Package when these conditions do not correctly apply, the member must pay the difference for a full membership before attending any further classes.

Purchases from other entities operating at The Space are subject to the policies of those entities over which The Space has no ownership nor control. The Space takes no responsibility or liability for the details of these policies.
